Australia Orders

Shipping is FREE to Australia for orders over AU$250 worth of physical product. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order. Digital gift card purchases and other digital products without weight do not contribute toward free shipping threshold. To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the stage of the checkout process that includes entering the shipping destination. You can view your shipping costs prior to making payment.

We ship within three business days of receiving your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please be advised that WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. As such, please make sure a physical address is entered in your order.

 

International Orders

 

Most of our orders are sent from New Zealand via international carrier. International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the country you are shipping to. To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. You can view your total shipping costs prior to making payment.

 

Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility. We recommend that you check your country's import regulations prior to ordering. You must provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order so that the carrier can contact you if your package is held at the border. Packages that are held up by customs will be delayed. We will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately, this is completely out of our control and we do not guarantee that we will be able to deliver any packages in the custody of relevant authorities.

 

Confirming your order payment means you accept the conditions regarding any duties, taxes, customs fees or otherwise (collectively, Fees) that may be incurred. It is your sole responsibility to check and confirm your country's import regulations prior to confirming your order. Any applicable Fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. You agree that we are not responsible for notifying you of any applicable Fees before you place an order for any of our products and you are solely responsible for any applicable Fees incurred in relation to the delivery of your order.  

 

Refusal to pay any applicable Fees may result in your parcel being returned. If the products are returned by reason of your refusal to pay any applicable Fees, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of your order.

 

We ship within three business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will use our best endeavours to contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

 

For orders made from our US shop, products will be sent from our US warehouse. Some Fees may still apply.

It is your responsibility and obligation to ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address when placing an order.  Failure to provide the correct delivery address may result in incorrectly delivered goods.  We do not accept any liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods.

 

Where parcels are unclaimed after attempted deliveries are made, and then returned to us by the postal service provider, we may charge you any fees incurred to have the parcel redelivered to you. If attempted deliveries are unclaimed following our attempt to redeliver the order to you or returned to us by the postal service provider, we may deduct any fees associated with the return of that product from any refund owed to you. Refunds do not include any delivery charges and will not be processed until the goods have been received by us.

 

Some countries have special regulations specific to importing honey and other bee products. You acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the contents of your order and have

relied solely on your own judgement in all matters relating to order, including that the order contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery.  You solely accept full responsibility and any associated risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs or any import authority for whatever reason and acknowledge and agree that you will not hold Manuka Health liable for orders unable to be delivered to your destination due to import regulations.
